Nin gii-kiiwe (I have come home)Dawson ThompsonThe Indigenous Studies program challenges the Eurocentric status quo that is all too easy to fall into. As a non-Indigenous student studying in a northern community on the territory of Nipissing First Nation, it is crucial to know, respect, and reciprocate Indigenous knowledge systems while learning first-hand the necessary steps to reconcile the right way.
