Diploma replacement request forms are available on our website here. The cost of each replacement diploma is $35.00. Payment is required prior to your request being processed. The fee may be paid via online banking using the "pay bills" option through your bank. (Make Nipissing University the payee and use your student ID as the account number.) Please be advised that we are not accepting credit card payment at this time.

Incomplete information may delay or prevent the processing of this request. Outstanding fees will prevent release of diploma.
