All members and guests of the Nipissing University community are invited to provide feedback and suggestions related to the identification, prevention and removal of barriers for persons with disabilities. Respondents may return the completed questionnaire/form in person, by email or regular mail using the instructions provided on the form. Alternatively, respondents may use the Maintenance/Housekeeping Requests form​ to report a problem or concern involving campus facilities.
