Yesterday, Nipissing University recognized the outstanding contributions of 25 student leaders during its annual Dave Marshall Leadership Awards Ceremony held at the NUSU Student Centre.

Dr. Colin McCarter, Assistant Professor at Nipissing University and Canada Research Chair (CRC) in Climate and Environmental Change, has been awarded an Alliance Missions Grant from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) valued at $1,466,449 to further his team’s work on climate change and ecosystem restoration research.

Nipissing University’s School of Criminal Justice will be hosting the interRAI Canada Conference alongside interRAI, in Nipissing’s Fedeli Business Centre on Friday, August 11, 2023.
