This online professional development workshop familiarizes participants with Cultural Intelligence, the ability to work effectively and respectfully across different cultural contexts. Learning Objectives:
· Explain the key components of Cultural Intelligence and understand how culture influences perceptions, communication, and interactions.
· Apply culturally responsive strategies to enhance communication, collaboration, and inclusion in diverse learning or work settings.

Workshop Facilitators:
Sapna Sharma is an accomplished educator, curriculum specialist, and instructional designer with over 25 years of combined academic and industry experience. She is recognized for her expertise in evidence‑based teaching, inclusive pedagogy, and her strong commitment to supporting both learners and educators.

Trevor Holmes currently directs the CTL, having supported faculty teaching development since the 1990s while also teaching classes of 10-250 students. His scholarly contributions are divided between higher education pedagogy and literary theory and criticism. Trevor is very grateful when people want to engage in learning about teaching and about themselves as teachers.
