Lakers to host first of two annual military appreciation hockey games | Goderich Signal Star

Lakers Athletics in partnership with the Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC) and 22 Wing CFB North Bay announced the 14th annual men’s hockey Military Appreciation Night and 3rd annual women’s hockey Military Appreciation Night.

Nipissing’s new theatre club set to debut with hit musical | North Bay Nipissing

This past fall, three Nipissing students led the way to create a new theatre club at the school. Megan Covell, Danielle Denault, and Quinn Staines formed the Nipissing University Lakers Theatre Club, and the group has hit the ground running – you can expect to see its first production this March.

$6 million for post-secondary institutions to modernize infrastructure | North Bay News

The Ontario government is spending $2,931,551 for Nipissing University to support building renovations, HVAC replacements, and equipment for nursing and kinesiology programs.
