About
Dr. Anupriya Singh is Associate Professor in the School of Business at Nipissing University. She has extensive teaching experience in OB & HRM stream for courses at graduate and under-graduate level. She did her doctorate from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, India in performance management in 2010. Prior to joining Nipissing University, she has taught as Sessional Lecturer at Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, University of Guelph and as Associate Professor at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi.

Her primary teaching interests include organizational behavior, strategic human resource planning, training and development, employee performance management, recruitment and selection. She has also taught general management and executive education courses on leadership development, conflict management, communication and negotiation skills.

Her research interests include – employee performance management, strategic human resource management and talent management.

She is a certified MBTI Step I and Step II practitioner through CPP Inc, American Management Association and has been a Visiting Scholar at University of Massachusetts, Boston (2014).

Research

Dr. Singh's research endeavors have been in employee performance management, organizational justice, knowledge workers and software services industry. Her research has focused on facilitating the design and implementation of employee performance management systems. She has examined several variables in this context, viz. role of continuous performance-based feedback, employee participation in performance management systems, role of knowledge workers, employees' organizational justice perceptions, employee engagement, career satisfaction and knowledge sharing. Her research work has been published in reputed blind, peer-reviewed journals listed in ABDC, SCOPUS and SCImago.
