About the Role: As an HRM Generalist at Vosyn, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing human resources functions to support the growth and success of our innovative AI-driven organization. This role requires a dynamic professional who can balance administrative responsibilities with strategic initiatives across areas like recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
You will work closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping organizational policies and practices while driving impactful HR initiatives at Vosyn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding new hires.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance evaluation cycles, assisting managers with goal-setting and feedback delivery.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and internal procedures, maintaining accurate employee records.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs and handle related queries.
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs to support employee development.
- Contribute to HR projects, including DEI initiatives, engagement surveys, and policy updates.
- Track HR metrics using HR systems and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
Required Qualification:
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.

- Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
- Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
