Policy Summary

This policy establishes the ethical standards and requirements for research, teaching and testing involving human participants at Nipissing University. Guided by the Tri-Council Policy Statement on Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans, it promotes the responsible conduct of research and safeguards the welfare, dignity, privacy and rights of participants through oversight by the University’s Research Ethics Board.
