We are pleased to announce that the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) is continuing its recruiting efforts to offer placements to students through co-ops, internships or student employment. Advertised opportunities for September 2022 are now available on Canada.ca/CSISjobs.

 

Interested students will have until 2021 09 29 to apply. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to increase their chances of being considered for placement.

 

Eligibility:

To apply, candidates must be Canadian citizens and be registered as students at the time of their placement. We offer 3 types of student job opportunities: CO-OP, internships and summer employment. Due to the length of the recruitment and security clearance process, students apply online one year prior to their planned work terms. We advertise for May, January and September placements and work terms can be for 4, 8, 12 or 16 months.

Basic Requirement:

- Canadian citizens

- 10 years of verifiable background information for TS Clearance

- Full-time status at a recognized academic institution
