Over the course of 2 years, associates will work for a brand, a publisher, an agency, and a tech company - all in the heart of downtown Toronto. Hours: 40 hours/week

Duties and Qualifications:

Each associate member will be placed in the Marketing, Sales, Account Management and/or Strategy/Planning divisions within the companies outlined above. This may include - but is open to each company's discretion - the following responsibilities:

  • Advise organizations on their content strategy through data analysis and user insights
  • Optimizing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies so that they can succeed in achieving their campaign objectives
  • Audit cross channel and competitive networks to gather insights
  • Coordinating partner events
  • Planning creative marketing campaigns for company brands
  • Organizing and managing communications for the release and scheduling of promotional campaigns and branding events
  • Developing client strategies, supporting new businesses, and helping grow the agency profile
  • Implementing marketing plans to build the M2T brand and recruit for the next cohort

Requirements:

Looking for candidates with a post-secondary degree/diploma in any field. Desirable traits:

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada full-time for the duration of the program.

Based on the firm rotational placements, suitable skills are skewed towards marketing, management, and sales. Candidates must have a keen sense for problem-solving and be able to multitask in a fast-paced, driven environment. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is considered an asset.
