The administrative assistant/booking coordinator will take care of various office responsibilities as outlined below. We are looking for an organized, self-motivated, and dependable employee to join our team.
Responsibilities include: Answering phones and emails Scheduling lessons Sending confirmation emails ahead of customers’ lessons Sending follow-up emails after customers’ lessons Assisting with running social media and review pages
Job Type: Summer
Hours: 40-44 hours/week
Wages: Starting at $15/hour
Duties and Qualifications:
- Answering phones and emails
- Scheduling lessons
- Sending confirmation emails ahead of customers’ lessons
- Sending follow-up emails after customers’ lessons
- Assisting with running social media and review pages
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Administrative experience is preferred
- Licensed Driver is preferred
