For Supervisors

Who are Supervisors? 

Supervisors are individuals responsible for approving or declining a student’s request for an activity to be added to their Record of Student Development transcript. This individual is the staff, student, faculty, or community member who oversees, coordinates, or facilitates a particular activity (e.g. group, club, event, workshop, training, volunteer role, employment position, etc.) and can verify the authenticity of a student's involvement.

Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Adding their activity, award, or student employment position to the RSD database via the link below 
  • Choosing the Competencies best suited to their activity 
  • Tracking participant involvement 
  • Submitting a list of attendees to within two weeks of the activity ending (or by no later than April 15th if a full-year commitment​)
