What is Extended Learning?
Extended Learning supports the implementation and oversight of all non-credit courses and learning offerings that fall outside of traditional degrees. These opportunities are open to all internal and external learners and include, but are not limited to workforce development, continuing studies, community engagement, high school transition programs, camps for younger children, third age/leisure learning, and micro-credentials. These offerings allow any individual the opportunity to increase confidence and maximize personal growth with accessible, affordable and achievable options that are professionally recognized.
Extended Learning is a part of Nipissing University's Teaching Hub. To learn more about the Teaching Hub please visit the website.
