How to Apply - Teacher of Anishnaabemwin as a Second Language
- Complete the application form from the Office of the Registrar.
- Send the following to the Office of the Registrar
- Completed application form
- Secondary school transcript
- Transcripts from post-secondary institutions (if applicable)
- Two letters of reference
- Statement of Fluency Form
- Include a $50 non-refundable application fee made payable to Nipissing University (this will be applied toward your tuition fee)
Note: Applications received after May 1 will only be considered if there are places available. Apply early, as places are limited.
Before being accepted into EDUC 1447: Observation and Practice Teaching (Ojibwe) I, you must provide official documentation of a recent criminal reference check.
Residence
If you are applying for residence, you can download the residence application (available early February) and fax it to (705) 495-1772. Details of the Governors House residence complex can be found on the residence information sheet.
