The Intermediate/Senior Division prepares preservice teachers to teach from Grade 7 to Grade 12. The curriculum expectations, instructional strategies, and standards of practice are on the cutting edge of educational excellence, consistent with goals established by the Ontario Ministry of Education. Our Faculty bring a wealth of classroom experience and practical knowledge to the Intermediate/Senior Division which continue to be validated and informed by current educational theory as well as up-to-date research. Faculty members willingly share their time, expertise, and resources with pre-service students in order to provide them with the very best opportunities to become skilled and knowledgeable practitioners, who have a clear sense of what it means to be an exemplary teacher in the province of Ontario.

The Intermediate/Senior Division encourages and facilitates personal value for lifelong learning as well as lifelong values that will be shared and cultivated in the minds and hearts of future students.
