History Club
Nipissing Sweatshirts
Have you seen Nipissing Sweaters specific to each subject, but not a History one, well look no further. The Campus Shop will be ordering Nipissing University Sweatshirts for the History Department. They're available for $59.50 for the designs (see photos below), as well as personalized back for $10.00 and sleeve for $5.00. The thought is to put "HISTORY" on the back. You can order yours the week of March 9-13 at the Campus Shop (8:30am to 4:30pm).
The sweaters will have the following ‘H’ on hood and will look at this.
Movie and Social Night on Friday February 27
The History Club will be holding a Movie and Social Night.
Movie: Room H106, 5 p.m. The movie will be “Hope and Glory” which portrays the life of a young boy during the Battle of Britain.
Social: Room H102 (Owl's Nest) 7-11 p.m. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.

The History Club in partnership with the Student Political Involevment Network will be showing the movie 'The Gathering Storm', which portrays the home and political life of Winston Churchill leading up to the Second World War.

Historical Halloween Pub (Pub Night)

Come dressed as something/someone historical and you will be eligible to win one of two gift cards. The Pub is held at the Bull and Quench, 603 McIntyre Street, East.
