Dr. Kelly encouraged me to apply to the New York Academy of Art’s Master of Fine Arts program. I feel that Nipissing provided me the background and the portfolio to get accepted. - Philippa Stephenson, completed her MFA and recently won the People’s Choice award and second place at the 2003 International Portrait Arts Festival held at the AGO in Toronto.
