(1) Transcripts may be ordered by fax and charged to your MasterCard, VISA, and American Express credit card. Along with your request, please include your student number, credit card number, expiry date and signature. Requests should be faxed to the Office of the Registrar at (705) 495-1772. Credit card payments that cannot be processed for any reason (e.g., declined, invalid number, expired card, etc.) will be subject to a processing fee of $20.00.
