Need some help?  Look at the Frequently Asked Questions ... your troubles may already be answered.  Questions are answered for the Internet, 1997, and 1996 versions of E-Stat.  Please note that the internet version of E-Stat is the only version supported and updated by Statistics Canada.

Don't understand a geographic term?  Click here to definitions for terms used on the Statistics Canada web site.  The terms include the geographic units (ex: census tract, urban area), Statistics Canada's products and services (ex: GeoSearch, Reference Maps), and "other terms" (ex: population density, rural area, abbreviations).
