Research Interests

My current research interest is in plant community ecology and the application of ecological principles to the practice of forest management from the scale of individual trees to forest landscapes. I am specifically focused on applied research problems related to the sustainable development of new forest bioproducts in northern Ontario. Please see my research page for a description of current projects I am working on.
