Practice Teaching Reports
For your convenience we now have the practice teaching reports available on this website. Simply download the Microsoft Word or PDF report to your computer, complete the report and mail/e-mail a copy back to the Practice Teaching Office (ptoffice@nipissingu.ca). We will give a copy to your student teacher and keep one for our files. You should keep your own copy.
If you return the report electronically, you will not be able to sign it so please type your name in the signature line at the bottom of page one. We will initial receipt of the report to identify it as our official record received from you.
If you do not wish to download the report to your computer you can contact the Practice Teaching Office (ptoffice@nipissingu.ca) and we will send the report to you by e-mail. Please indicate whether you prefer the Word version or PDF version.
