INTRODUCTION TO PRACTICE TEACHING

Welcome to practice teaching! 

As a Bachelor of Education student you will complete 12 weeks of practice teaching during your academic year.  You will be assigned to one school board for all 12 weeks and you can choose your board from a list of over 52 school boards.   In order for you to be assigned a practice teaching placement you need to complete the required paperwork.

2. Index of District School Boards used for practice teaching;
3. Notice regarding Catholic School Boards;
4. Practicum Registration Forms (Due April 17, 2009 for offers issued April 1, 2009. Due May 8, 2009 for offers issued April 22, 2009);
5. Criminal Reference Check letter;
6. Ontario Education Services Corporation Police Record Check form (must be returned by June 15, 2009);
7. “To Do” List;
