Bob Keech
The Vice-President, Operations Office is responsible for Athletics, Faculty and Administrative Support Services, Freedom of Information and Privacy, International Student Support, Shared Services, Renovations, Residence & Conference Services, Student Development & Services and University Technology Services.
Bob Keech joined Nipissing University as the Director of Technology Services March 31, 2008 and in August 2008 became the Chief Information Officer. In January 2011, he took on the position of V.P. Operations as part of a restructuring effort that will assist with the implementation of the Strategic Plan 2010-2015. Keech has extensive experience in a variety of senior information technology positions with the Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Government and Corporate Services, the Ontario Public Service, and IBM. As Regional Head, Infrastructure and Information Technology at the Ministry of Transportation, Keech was responsible for managing all regional IT projects including Cluster and Government driven initiatives and their implementation strategies.
