How can I add Activities
All information about your extra-curricular involvement must come form you. To add activities for inclusion on your RSD, please download, complete and submit this form back to Transition Programs: Student Involvement Form
Once you have submitted this form, Transition Programs will independently contact each of your Supervisors to verify your involvement, effort, and exposure to the involvement outcomes.
Awarding the Record of Student Development
In order to receive your Record of Student Development, you must fulfill the following two requirements:
The RSD records not only the quantity of your involvement but also the quality or level of effort you took in each activity (based on how your supervisor evaluated this effort).
The levels of effort are as follows: foundational, experiential, and leadership.

The information on this form is collected under the authority of the Nipissing University Act, 1992. It is related directly to and needed by the University to arrange your registration for the Record of Student Development. The information will be used by the Transition Programs to prepare your Record and for the initial appointment and will be disclosed to the staff in the Transition Programs unit.
