The University of Buffalo has a brochure titled “Coping with Death and Grief” that describes fear of death, as well as stages that are common to the grieving process. Check it out here.

 

The University of Washington Counseling Center has a brochure titled “Healthy Grieving” that describes grief due to death, but also describes grief that can result from other losses. It contains some useful suggestions that may be helpful in working through through grief and other losses. Check it out here.
