Following are links to resources that cover a comprehensive array of personal counselling concerns and topics.  Links to self-screening tools to check one’s mental health and moods are provided as well.
 
The Unabridged Student Counseling Virtual Pamphlet Collection exists because developers recognized that many student counselling centres provide education to students on a variety of relevant topics through the use of informational pamphlets. Their website provides a collection of virtual pamphlets, organized by topic, from various post-secondary colleges and universities.  To learn more about a topic of interest or concern to you, click here.
 
OurHealthyMinds “is about mental health. It celebrates the many ways we can be well, and honours the many ways we can experience mental illness - as an individual, a caregiver, a parent, a child or loved one.”  On this website there are several resources on a variety of mental help topics. Check it out here
 
Mental Help Net is a website that promotes mental health, and provides educational information on a variety of wellness topics. To learn about a topic of interest or concern to you, check it out here.
 
The Canadian Mental Health Association promotes mental health for all and supports those who are experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. Their website contains a variety of resources on several mental health topics.

Mind Your Mind is an online website where youth and young adults share and have access to information, tools, and resources that promote mental health; and where they can help themselves as well as help others. Check it out here.   
 
The Canadian Alliance on Mental Illness and Mental Health is made up of several members who all recognize the need for mental health to be a national priority. They envision Canada as a country where all can benefit from mental health and want to ensure that those affected by mental health problems receive accessible, appropriate, and supportive care. Click here to check out their website

The Mental Health Helpline is a Government of Ontario service that provides information about several mental health issues and services, and also provides free, 24/7, and confidential support about mental health concerns.  The website contains quick facts, helpful links, and a self-report quiz.  Check it out here​:

Self-Screening Tools:

 
Check Up From the Neck Up:  To take care of your mental health, the Mood Disorders Association of Ontario has created an online, easy to use, anonymous mental health check-up that can help you identify some symptoms of common mood disorders so you can get help if you need it. Check it out here
 
Ping My Health: This is a free, online survey provided by The Bacchus Network and Klein Buendel for individuals between the ages of 18 – 30  to learn more about their personal health. The survey takes very little time to complete, and afterwards, a personalized and educational feedback report is provided.
 
Mental Health Meter: This is a free, interactive on-line tool provided by the Canadian Mental Health Association. Try the Mental Health Meter if you are wondering about your mental health, and to obtain feedback on your mental health Check it out here.
