CAMH TELEPHONE SUPPORT LINE
​Volunteers on the phone line are able to provide confidential, emotional support and resources to people whose lives have been touched by addiction and/or mental health issues and need someone to talk to, as well as to friends and family looking for support.  Phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  1-800-463-6273, Toronto 1-416-595-6111.​

Check Your Drinking (by Evolution Health Systems, Inc) is a free, online, and anonymous 18 question  survey where you can answer questions about your drinking and then receive a personalized final report that will educate you about your drinking patterns and risks as well as provide suggestions to reduce risk related to drinking.  Check out the survey here.
 
 
What’s With Weed: If you are wondering about use of marijuana (weed) a short, free, anonymous self-quiz will help you become informed about your use. As well, this website contains valuable information on what others say about their use of weed, and provides suggestions as to how to reduce risk.  Check it out here.
