Walking Group
We will be starting a walking group April 2, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. for students with depression, anxiety, stress or feelings of sadness. Exercise has many health benefits for physical health as well as emotional wellbeing.
The group will run twice weekly throughout April. The group will meet Mondays at 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. and Thursdays from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Please meet in front of the Student Lounge (H102).
