The Townhouse Residence Complex is located on the main campus and can accommodate six students to a house. Accommodating students in single bedrooms, the townhouses are built on two levels. The fully-furnished townhouse has a kitchen with a fridge and stove, a living room, three bedrooms and a half-bathroom on the main floor. The upper level contains three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. This complex houses a total of 161 students and shares its grounds with Canadore College Student Residences.
The Townhouse Residence Complex includes coin-operated laundry, common areas and lounges shared with Canadore College in the Townhouse Residence Complex Office. These residences offer a smoke free environment.
