Vicky Paine-ManthaPresident and Vice-Chancellor (Interim)
Vicky Paine-Mantha
Vicky is a results-oriented leader who has demonstrated a strong track record of building success by growing revenues, increasing market share and by generally delivering overall results.  On February 17, 2012, she was appointed Interim President and Vice-Chancellor of Nipissing University.  Prior to this, she held the position of Vice-President of Finance, Administration and Strategic Capital Investments for seven years and was a member of the Nipissing University Board of Governors for five years.  She has previously served as President and COO for Mindoka Technologies Corp. and CEO for Momentum Healthware, Healthware Division.  In addition, she has served in the roles of Vice-President, Dean and Professor at Canadore College.  She has an MBA and is a Chartered Accountant. Sharon RichVice-President Academic and Research (Interim)
Dr. Sharon Rich
Dr. Sharon Rich became the Dean of the Schulich School of Education at Nipissing University August 1, 2009 and in January 2011 she accepted the role of Vice-President Academic and Research (Interim). Dr. Rich is a very experienced university administrator, teacher, and scholar. Before she joined Nipissing University, Dr. Rich was the Dean of Education at the University of New Brunswick.

Bob Keech
Bob Keech joined Nipissing University as the Director of Technology Services March 31, 2008 and in August 2008 became the Chief Information Officer. In January 2011, he took on the position of Chief Operating Officer as part of a restructuring effort that will assist with the implementation of the Strategic Plan 2010-2015.  More...


Laurie McLarenExecutive Director Aboriginal Initiatives
Laurie McLaren
As leader of the Office of Aboriginal Initiatives, Laurie McLaren is responsible for overseeing First Nation and Aboriginal activities across the University. The office is the point of contact for faculty, staff and students who are engaging with Aboriginal communities. It also provides support services to assist in the achievement of Aboriginal learners. Through collaboration with the Aboriginal advisory council, Laurie develops partnerships that help to support a coordinated framework for reciprocal engagement between Nipissing University and Aboriginal communities.  More...


Pauline RochefortExecutive Director External Relations and Advancement
Pauline Rochefort
Pauline Rochefort began her duties in August 2010 and is responsible for the university’s public profile as well as the development of capital resources and endowed funds in support of Nipissing’s strategic goals. Prior to coming to Nipissing University, Rochefort held a number of senior positions at the Business Development Bank in Ottawa and Montreal including Vice President Eastern and Northern Ontario, Vice President Human Resources and Administration and Director of the President’s Office.   More...

Jamie Graham
