Workplace Harassment Training

Bill 132, the Sexual Violence and Harassment Action Plan Act, expands our duties as an employer to investigate and address incidents of workplace sexual harassment. Accordingly, Nipissing University has updated the Respectful Workplace & Harassment Prevention Policy and Workplace Violence Prevention Policy.

These amendments also identify mandatory training requirements for employees. Accordingly, a mandatory training module has been created for all staff and faculty. At the end of the training, you will receive a certificate which should be forwarded to hrinfo@nipissingu.ca.

To complete the training course, you will be required to self-enroll into the course on Blackboard. To begin, click the following link:
