Vicky Paine-Mantha is a results-oriented leader who has demonstrated a strong track record of building success by growing revenues, increasing market share and by generally delivering overall results. Since September 2005, she has succeeded in growing capacity at Nipissing University as the Vice-President Finance and Administration. In January 2011, Paine-Mantha took on the position of Vice-President Finance, Administration and Capital Investments to enable her, and her team, to further expand Nipissing University's interests in these mission-critical areas. Previous to her role at Nipissing University, she held a number of senior positions with Canadore College, and in the private sector as President and COO for Mindoka Technologies Corp. and CEO for Momentum Healthware, Healthware Division.
