Employees who are injured on the job MUST report all injuries to the Human Resources Department or the Associate Vice-President, Human Resources immediately. Failure to do so will result in a fine being assessed against the University.
Since the University's WSIB Compensation costs are related to the number of lost-time injuries experienced, wherever possible, employees are encouraged to make every effort to return to work after an injury.
