Board Room F303 – Primarily used by the Board of Governors and Board Committees (maximum capacity is 50)
Meeting Room F214 (maximum capacity – 20 persons)
Meeting Room A213 (maximum capacity – 8 persons)
Meeting Room A212 (maximum capacity- 6 persons)
Meeting Room R226 (maximum capacity-20 persons)
Monastery Room M218 (maximum capacity- 10 persons)
At the conclusion of a meeting, the person who booked the room will be responsible to unplug coffee and tea pots, to call the cafeteria to remove any leftover food and beverage, to lock both doors and turn off the lights.
