Comfortable and affordable residence accommodations are available from early May to mid-August each summer. Opened in May 2011, this three-story, apartment-style residence complex is made up of 4-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom suites.

  • One bathroom, kitchen, and common room. 4-bedroom suites have two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub/shower)
  • A full size kitchen with gas stove and full-size fridge. (Sorry, we do not supply utensils, dishes, or cooking equipment)
  • The common room is furnished with love seat, coffee table, and two lounge chairs
  • Each bedroom is furnished with a single bed, linens, desk, desk chair, telephone, closet, and chest of drawers
  • Parking adjacent to the building
  • Each unit is air-conditioned
  • Coin-operated laundry facilities located on the second and third floors
  • Games room, assembly room, and guest services located on the main floor
  • Vending machines are provided on main floor
