North Bay Campus

Customize your learning experience in our Applied and Professional Studies, Arts and Science, and Education degree programs.

Muskoka Campus

Located within driving distance of Orillia and Barrie, programs include Child and Family Studies, Culture and the Arts, Liberal Arts and teaching options.

Brantford Campus

Earn a BA (Honours) in Contemporary Studies from Laurier and a BEd from Nipissing as well as practice teach in the Public or Catholic schools near Brantford.

Fees

The course fees listed below are in regards to courses offered through the CFTL as flexible learning (online or blended delivery) options and refer to course sections with a section number starting with an 8.  Please note that payment is due upon registration and can be made through online banking, cash, certified cheque, bank draft or money order payable to Nipissing University.  All fees are subject to change and are listed in Canadian dollars.  For further information regarding course fees please contact Student Financial Services.

  • Arts & Science courses include, but are not limited to, those with course codes starting with BIOL, ECON, MATH, NURS, PHIL, and PHYS.
  • Applied & Professional Studies courses include, but are not limited to, those with course codes starting with ACCT, ADMN, MKTG, ORGS, and TMGT.
  • Bachelor of Commerce Blended Delivery (College Partnership) course sections are those ending in 821 through 829.
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) RPN Bridging course sections are those ending in 811 through to 819.
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) Scholar Practitioner course sections are those ending in 831 through to 839.

Refund Schedule

After withdrawing from a course, students will be credited a portion of their fees based on the date of withdraw.  Such fees will be based on Student Financial Services Tuition Refund Schedule, unless part of the BScN Scholar Practioner Program.  Students within this program should refer to the specific Payment Schedule for their program.



Course Withdrawal

Students who wish to drop or withdraw from a course are required to do so, on their own, through WebAdvisor. Notifying the CFTL, or any other office, of your wish or intent to withdraw from a course will not result in you being withdrawn. Discontinuing attendance in classes, failure to submit assignments, failure to write examinations, notification of the instructor, and stopping payment, do not constitute official withdrawal. Prior to withdrawing from any course after the semester has begun, students should ensure that they understand the academic and financial implications of doing so.  Appropriate deadlines regarding course withdrawal can be found in the Academic Calendar​.
