NUSA’s Mission Statement

To promote school spirit and enrich all aspects of university life by creating,
encouraging and maintaining an active loyal relationship between students,
alumni, faculty and administration by stimulating interest and participation in
alumni and University activities. NUSA is a dynamic team of leaders dedicated
to serving the greater NU community. By encouraging enthusiasm,
commitment, and campus participation from our members, we represent
and promote the university to prospective students and guests, current
students, and Alumni. Our goal is to maintain the integrity of the University
by creating a positive first and lasting impression.
Initiatives
While NUSA has strong links between itself and the Office of External
Relations & Advancement, as well as the Nipissing University Alumni
Advisory Board, we constantly strive to make sure current Nipissing
students are given a chance to be successful and contribute to their university
and community.
One can not limit NUSA to any one goal, instead, we strive to cover the
spectrum of student issues from community service to exam survival kits.
The events and initiatives shown below are ideas that NUSA members have
come up with to better themselves, their university, and their community.
NUSA is strong in the past, growing in the present, and ready to take on
the future!
