Convocation PhotosHeritage Directories and Photography will be on site during Convocation for those who missed an opportunity to have graduation portraits taken earlier in the year. They will be located in room A241. Each day (Wendesday through Friday) they will be set up all day from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. The photos will be taken on a first come, first served basis. (to top of page)DegreesGraduates must pick up their degree AFTER THE CEREMONY in room A223. The room will be open until 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Students will be asked to present their I.D. card and will also be required to "sign" for their degree. NUSA Degree FramesIf you are attending Convocation, you will be able to pick up your degree frame at the Pre-Paid table (across from the library). *Please note that there is an additional $10.00 for shipping within Ontario and $12.00 to the provinces outside of Ontario for those not attending Convocation. For North Bay residents not attending Convocation, you can stop by our office to pick up your pre-ordered frame the beginning of June and save the shipping - Room F215.

Faculty:
On the day of Convocation, faculty members may pick up a plain black gown from the Regalia Room (A236). There is no charge.
All full-time and part-time faculty members are able to rent their regalia for the Convocation ceremony. Notification must be made to the Office of Student Development (Lianne Gagne ext. 4491), in writing or email, indicating the degree and university of the hood to be rented. The orders will be placed by May 1. The Accounting office will issue an invoice to the Faculty member for the rental costs. This fee will include taxes and delivery charges. The regalia will be delivered to the faculty member’s mailbox. Please note that rental hoods are not received until the day before Convocation. Regalia must be returned to the Regalia Room (A234) no later than Friday, June 11, 2010. Rental fees for Bachelor, Master and Doctor hoods are usually $10.00. The cost of damaged or lost hoods is the responsibility of the faculty member. The replacement value for hoods ranges from $45 to $75; taxes are extra.

Water
Water is supplied for Convocation immediately outside the main gymnasium. It is also sold in vending machines at the entrance of The Education Centre and in vending machines outside the main cafeteria.
