Graydon is an exercise physiologist teaching in Nipissing's new 4-year Bachelor of Physical and Health Education program.

Graydon also runs the newly established Nipissing University Human Performance Laboratory, working with a number of varsity and elite-level athletes.

As a former cross-country and track and field varsity athlete at Queen's and Western, as well as a former elite-level road and off-road cyclist, Graydon combines his personal experience with the latest scientific training techniques. Level II NCCP Distance, Sprints, Jumps, Throws.

 

Tim Uuksulainen

Tim is a Level 3 NCCP certified coach in middle distance and distance. Tim's vast experience includes over 40 years as a competitor and 29 years of coaching experience.

Tim has coached athletes that have medalled at OFSAA, OUA, provincial and national level with some representing Canada at IAFF cross country, road races and marathons.

Tim is also a contributor to the Athletic Magazines, Runner’s World and Ontario Road Runner.

 

Donna Mae Robins
Assistant Coach

Donna Mae formerly competed for Brock University in cross-country and was named Female Runner of the Year from 1995 to 1999 and Female Athlete of the Year for her performance in the fall of 1997.

Donna's most notable accomplishments were her fourth and third place finishes at the OUA championships in 1997 and 1998 respectively and for her sixth and fifth place finishes at CIAU championships in 1997 and 1998 respectively.
