IMPORTANT: Please allow a minimum of 8 to 10 weeks AFTER submission for the Research Ethics Board to respond with a decision.
Protocols are due by NOON on the dates listed below (normally the first Friday of the month).
REB will not review incomplete or late protocols. It is the responsibility of the applicant, and also of the faculty supervisor in the case of students, to submit protocols that are complete and on time. If your protocol has any missing or incomplete information, it will be returned to you to complete prior to review.
Applications must be submitted by the deadline date noted below in order to be reviewed in that month otherwise, it will be reviewed by the REB the ensuing month.
You must submit your protocol at least 8 weeks in advance of the project start date.
